Marriage & Family Therapist – Stonington, CT

I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Connecticut and Massachusetts, having received my BA, and MS at Central Connecticut State University, and received further training in mediation at the University of New Hampshire and Woodbury College in Vermont. I am a Clinical Member in the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and have received continuing educational training, specializing in addictive behaviors. Having founded both Mystic Counseling Services and Shoreline Mediation, I have proudly served the southeastern area of Connecticut for more than twenty years. As an avid hiker, having hiked the Appalachian Trail through both Connecticut and Massachusetts, I have enjoyed hiking in the Southern states and parts of the Inca trail in Peru. I have also tried my hand at cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing throughout New England. I love listening to jazz, the blues, Roxy Music and Jimi Hendrix. I have found inspiration and wisdom in the poetry of Rumi.
